Dear Process Boy: Believe it or not, interest rates dont concern me too much. If I could have my way with Greenspan (Ugh what a thought) I would like him to announce adopting a neutral stance for the balance of the year regardless of what they do to interest rates early Feb. That would take all this doom and gloom as to whats going to happen tomorrow out of the market and we would likely fly. JDN
