I concur with not being in this stock right now

although seasonally the buy in October & sell the end of Jan has been working, in fact it worked this year again for me, one must keep up with recent news, especially the DOJ debacle. Another play I like with MSFT is the summer earnings run and sell the day before earnings are released.
As for Linux & the DOJ, I believe some MSFT investors have been, and possibly still are taking these events too lightly.
Personally I just hate it when a stock I am position trading begins tanking downward, if fact I find it so distasteful I sell rather than suffering through the pain. I'll be watching MSFT earnings the 18th, after market, and if it starts up I can always re-enter in afterhours trading. Cheers
