Eric: As I recall, the panels failed to meet the NIST Specs, but were suitable for regular commercial applications i.e. scanning center units, etc... however, SMS could not use the panels until GE was reimbursed for the prepayment that they made... if GE has been paid, SMS may be sitting on a significant inventory that they now own at a minimal cost... Byron should be able to clarify.
