Neal, absolutely precious GM response to MS Gates gonna save that one for posterity I have long maintained the crappy quality of MS products they are given credit for high quality, but only deserve it for ruthless policies Microsoft has set back the software industry a decade the next platform will see them for what they are: mediocre the next platform is the handheld devices looks like CDMA devices in automobiles is closer than I thought thanks for the great report, every point rang true loudly / Jim
