MSN has found that Calif. law says a buyer can drop their 3 year ISP contract with no recourse.

Can you get out of your mortgage without any recourse as well?

How about a marriage?

Has the APM Chapter 11 or the demise of Yamaha helped RDRT?

At the conference call, the RDRT CEO stated the APM fall will not have much impact because APM hasn't had much business. The Yamaha departure is much more significant. Yamaha will sell its last drives in March.

Regards,
Mark

>> It seems likely to me that the rise in ASP would be more due to the $400 cash rebates for Internet services.
<<

These $400 internet deals have been available since last summer. But this increase is from Sept to December. My personal observation is that prices have increased even more in the past couple of weeks. And it is more related to the demise of the "free PC" stupidity.
