Insider selling is more controlled by what their lawyers tell them they can do than by what the feds tell them (laws and regulations say). If they try to push the envelope of what they can do legally, then they face an increased chance to have their actions called into question if there is a shareholders lawsuit.

BTW, Yahoo doesn't look as well underpinned as some others but it does have a support level at the 338-340 that it should continue to bounce off of IMO.
