I hope an analyst will ask CEO Miller when he expects
revenue growth to turn positive? 2Q? 3Q? or when?

AVID has had 2 straight quarters of declining revenue

1Q96 = 92 Million

2Q96 = 96 Million

3Q96 = 115 Million

4Q96 = 113 Million

1Q97 = 108 Million

For those of you able to listen to a conference call,
if there is one, look to see if the CEO proactively
makes a statement about when he expects revenue
growth to turn positive.

Larry, if you're right you could do well by shorting AVID -- have you? I on the other hand bought AVID in January because I thought they were undervalued at $12. I still think they are undervalued at $15.

Yes, Avid has stumbled in the last year, yet none of their big potential competitors has made ANY move that threatens them!

Good luck with your investments.

Larry,

I guess we were write 18 months ago. Too bad I didn't have deep enough pockets to keep shorting this piece of crap. Nice to see it back to the low teens!
