Strauch's sale: Wasn't even worthy of 200,000 times 7 cents = $14,000 for him to hold the shares one single day. Exercise them things and SELL dammit. Just SELL. Put them right on the market, no hesitation, no remourse, no regard for his shitty performance, no regard for shareholders, just sell and pocket the frigging money. And don't even bother calling the company to complain. They all got their head so far up their arse that they think this is just good normal business and their ultimate right.
