I doubt you'll ever see MO go to zero- bankruptcy or not. However, I can envision it getting hammered down into the single digits. If that happens, it could offer a compelling opportunity. The other franchises are worth at least $20 a share without a spin off. I find it ironic that a once great powerhouse like MO, owned by nearly all major institutions and a historically reliable money maker, now finds itself teetering on the brink of bankruptcy. I guess it just goes to show you that it can happen to anyone.Maybe the next thing we'll see is Bill Gates applying for public assistance.
