The stock has been under persistent and strong accumulation for weeks. The marginal distribution is being used by investors to favorably gather substantial positions. This is the nature of a base. The stock came out of a bottom too hot without fundamental basis. As the fundamentals continue to build the price languishes. This tends to shed speculators and traders and is a very good development. Learn patience and poise.
