Will FGH remain marginable?

Slider, FGH. I don't disagree one bit. However, any break of the 5's will likely see the low 4's. If you buy in the low to mid 4's, I'd sell into any spikes in the high 4's, low/mid 5's. Only after a few months would I consider buying a long term position. You may miss the ultimate low, but you won't be sitting on dead money either.

At this point nobody knows where the bottom is. Stand clear imho. Far to early to trade. I think 3's are possible.

Also, when the bottom is finally in, you'll see heavy call buying like we've seen on OEI, XTO and VPI recently to name a few.

I have seen about 50 contracts bought the last 2 days... virtually nothing.

Kind of ironic that FGH is now trading below UFAB. Let's repeat together... You never go broke taking a profit.

<<I think we had many FGH longs - add yesterdy in a virtual last gasp. Many are on margin - FGH is heavily owned by individuals and heavilly margined. >>

Slider, perhaps you are right. Datek has so many stocks "not shortable", including OEI, but FGH is still shortable, at least until an hour ago. But whoever short it now will have to be prepared to buy them back at a higher price. The squeeze can be really bad on this stock. FWIW
