Ok Everyone...Let's look at possible reasons for no news.

This is just one persons attempt to try to make sense of why would it be in MRV's interest to withhold news that should
be forthcoming.

6 to 9 months ago looking for CEO for OA
Why no announcement?

Why no updates Re: progress with the 4 or 5 other possible IPO's
pending?

Close to 45 days with absolutely no press releases from management
about anything?

Have VC's come onboard to help with financing the IPO's?

Absolutely nothing has happen materially with MRV that is mandated by the SEC to report to share holders since the
shareholder's meeting?
I seriously doubt this!

I know others that have spent alot of time researching this company have other questions.

The only reason that makes sense to me is big money has been accumulating the stock to maximize their investment
WHEN NEWS is released! This is just my opinion. Absolutely no proof of anything.

Just can not come up with any reasonable reason this mini CMCI company
is trading at these levels? The market now knows all about what MRV is all about...can't use this as a reason.
Management not ready to officially spin -off...why no updates "Official" updates to the share holders?

Am I tired of waiting. Yes and No. I should be grateful that management has rebuilt this company to where WE THINK
IT IS...only by our great friend's hard work explaining to us the many attributes we have to look forward to. This
information HAS NOT come from management.
WHY NOT? Our friend was able to find this information with hundreds of hundreds of hours of hard work.

What motivates me to ask these questions...Yes I get tired of seeing the hundreds of new and old companies stock price
in the 100', 200's and over 300's.
Juniper's price was $200 a share(SELLING ONE PRODUCT) when they invested in New Access and we still to this
day are not informed how this has materially affected this company.

Any comments! (other than I should go get a job again.)

John
