Not to rain on your parade, but IMHO your employer desparately needs to fire you. Anyone who tries to influence a major purchase by their employer based on what stocks they own is waaay off the deep end as far as ethics goes. Who's paying you for an unbiased opinion here anyhow? Personally, having been in similar situations, I've always either sold my stocks before participating in such a decision or fully informed my employer of my stock holding in advance. Bill
