PER -- Yes, very impressive day. I hope it's more than a one-day wonder. PER has a tremendous amount of hidden Internet value: a B2B enabler working, among others, with W.W. Grainger on its massive B2B effort. PER has suffered greatly from being on the Big Board, rather than NASDAQ. One risk factor to be aware of: Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is in financial trouble and evidently will be operated by the state (Massachusetts) under a receivership arrangement. I don't know what impact, if any, this may have on PER's recently announced 10-year, $700-million contract with Pilgrim. perot.com
