"Nearly 3.6 million DVDs were sold between January and Dec. 3, 1999, up 300% from the same period in 1998, according to the latest figures from the Consumer Electronics Manufacturers Association."

The following is from Umesh during the conference call:
(repeat)
4 million DVD unit chips shipped in 1999
including 1.2 Million in PCs
>2.8 Million in Consumer boxes

Does CUBE ship a single chip solution?

and/or do the above numbers imply that 2.8 Million DVD consumer boxes were sold with CUBE chips in 1999

or that fewer DVD boxes were shipped, but with multiple CUBE chips?
