AHIC, from the 10K. "As of December 31, 1999, all clinics are profitable and cash flow positive. In addition, Management has taken further steps to reduce corporate overhead during fiscal year 1999." "Management intends to file a Disclosure Statement and Plan of Reorganization on or before February 15, 2000. The Plan will include the acquisition of three clinics, an infusion of between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 in new equity, restructuring of the current debenture debt to equity or debt convertible to equity at a fixed price, and a payment plan for other pre-bankruptcy liabilities. Now, remember, the only reason that AHIC filed BK was to stop the same group that funded them to prevent them from continuing to short the stock. The deal has all but finalized and we should the see the stock continue to move up from these levels. Especially once those boys come into cover so they can exorcise their shares. They company has informed me they will be doing it at a higher price than what we are currently trading at right now. So, it is obvious that we will be trading at higher levels in the near future. Folks this one is a no brainer. All the current clinics are profitable. They will be acquiring three more clinics in the next month or two. They will be getting an infusion of cash for around 1-2 million. AHIC, fully reporting, will show a profit in its next earnings statment and acquiring more clinics. AHIC, trading @ .08???? Duh, wake up boys and girls! Put your money in a safe, sure play. Put it in AHIC and you will be thanking me around XMAS.
