SS disability was set up to help the handicapped and she sounds like she's about as handicapped as one can get. I also think the ex should be made to give back what he took.

I will exchange tax bills with you:-) However we all have a moral obligation to help the weak and helpless and I have never minded paying taxes to live in this country. I have visited most Europan and Asian Countries and I do not want to move to anyone of them. I am not looking for a donation from anyone. but a Justice System that allows a Husband to do what was done to my daughter should at least force her Ex-husband to Pay a fair Alimony. They have two Children and her SS Disability gives them $75.00 each per month so essentially her husband is paying her $150.00 per month. This all came about because two Judges screwed up and she was held for four months without Due Process and they were forced to return her to her home. They have been trying to force her into a Nursing Home to cover their ass. Only in Florida and probably Polk County does this type of Injustice occur in the Legal Realm. The gene that causes MS has been isolated and is attributed to a virus. It is just a matter of time before they are able to control it. MS and Lupus are in an epedimic state in this country, and they have not had a clue as to what it really is other than a disease that causes damage to the Myelin Sheath on the Nerves in the central Nervous System. My Goal is to keep her healthy and given excercise therapy until they find a cure. She has been an experimental Patient for many Drugs that did not work.. She has a Baclofen Pump Imploanted into her lower abdomen to meter ongoing doses of Baclofen (an antispasmodic drug) into her spinal column. She has been willing to be a case study for many years. She was diagnosed at the age of 28. Reared her two children until they were 10 and 12 and then her husband decided she was useless to them and "threw her away" two years ago. She is now 39 tiny and still beautiful. All I want from anyone is to understand that there are Patients out there who are desperate and in need of help and to stop "bitching" about SS/Medicare and Medicaid. That is a small price to pay to live in this Country :-) This is not a personal issue for you..it is for all of us who are well and healthy. You would not believe what I have seen in Nursing Homes here compliments of the Legal Drug Traffic...
