This question has been raised much recently. I would like a definitive answer on playing the arbitrage between the bids and asks during after hours trading. It seems everyone does it, but one gentleman questioned certain legalities concerning such trading practices. The quotes between the various after hours boards are vastly different. . . and one would think that there could be some serious profits to be made in a relatively short period of time. But it makes you wonder why others are not doing it. Could the answer be that those doing it are using offshore accounts. . . and that it is not legal for Americans? I would love to hear from someone that knows for certain. . .especially if they can make reference to the regs.
