JimL - re: trading FGH here...

While this may not be the ultimate bottom - I see at least a bit of breath left in one last gasp at defending $5 here.

While the shorts can really lean on it and do some real margin call selling damage if they push it under $5; I saw some nice buying as we dipped sub $5 and then held steady. There may be some fight left in this ole' girl yet.

What I see as FGH's strength here actually; is not a strong defense by just the present shareholders, but a move in of fresh money - who remember the old FGI at $40 and see $25 Crude Oil and the OSX move here - and see C H E A P - S T O C K and after all; they haven't disclosed anything unquantifiable like the "asbestos issue" of MDR yet...

We will also see if there is ANY Institutional buying interest here and we will see if the "average" FGH individual investor has any cash left (we know some played their last chips).

With GIFI & UFAB bouncing; we may see some value players stepping in and get a small bounce back up to test $6 1/2 - I'll take that return. I am prepared - depending on the tape action to sit at $4 and have a $4.50 basis if seen; I do not think FGH is "really" in any danger of Bankruptcy, but I am going to run some numbers myself to see what the worst case scenario would be if they lose the Arbitrations. Their qtrly will be interesting.

This is time for JL to get his ass on CNBC, or out on the Road - with a "come to Jesus" speech ... he's said to be quite a salesman - we shall see; because there will be a few institutions who will need to be "re-sold" in my opinion. We shall see how good he is...

If the case can be made that FGH is in no danger of insolvency (and unless there are some major accounting irregularities - I see no apparent danger) even with losing the arbitrations, even with a period of continuing slow order flow - then we should see a bounce given this environment. $7-8 is a big difference from $4-$5 - there's a pretty good profit to be made in that range.

Let's see how good a salesman he is... the stockprice is riding on it.

SargeK - you had your chance - now, let JL have his... and let that Blood Pressure come down a few hudnred points...

PS Mike H:

... point well taken; hey; I'm long here now - I am "now" finally aligned with my detractors - I expect a much more peacefull world going forward... ;)

I'd love to catch a nice bounce & rotate more money into UFAB fwiw
