FDA approval not a fact yet? This is just a recommendation from the ODP panel, is it not? How on earth did they swindle the ODP panel into giving a positive recommendation? FDA approval or not, there can't be much of a market. This thing is approved in Europe and the response there has been luke-warm at best.

Auric, was curious if you might take a look under the hood over at "myturn.com" aka compu-dawn. formerly a door to door salesforce selling set top box services called e.tv. lost all their equity in that venture. just acquired the assets of globalPC, a cheap geos based computer aimed at the target/k-mart crowd. plan to bundle lifetime 20 buck internet access with it to boot. computer still in development, no cash in the bank but a litany of PR with all the hot buttons, "chinese market" linux/windows comparisons and some time warner ex joining the board. looks fishy P&D like BTWS. i see their lehman board member has served his purpose. now that he's sold his shares he'll probably be movin on. pump now starting at MYTN. curious if you see anything i'm missing.
