There's also a typo in the name of one of his businesses: should be Capital rather than Capitol. Be sure to notice his assets and liabilities. Yow. Daniel, to answer your question about taxes: I don't know. The premise of your questions appears to be reasonable (yes, GAAP and tax accounting are different, as you know, and the entry on the balance sheet indicates that they haven't paid the IRS) but I don't have the answers to these questions. It falls outside the scope of my knowledge of financial accounting.
