Yes they have and you are finally beginning to have a rudimentary understanding of the mechanics behind leasing. However, since the dramatic rise in the price of gold this past fall, the one in which the mining companies did not benefit, forward selling by the mining companies has for all practical purposes, come to a halt. Why, at long last the mining companies have come under the scrutiny of fund managers, shareholders, and the overall investment community. The resulting expose revealed that the major producers were managed by incompetent people who had rendered their companies unworthy of an investors dollars.
As to my current note, the producers will shortly begin to sell forward again for the reasons stated in the note.

Maybe you should brush up on your reading comprehension. Oh! excuse me I forgot you used to work for a mining company, no need to be able to read, just have the capacity to sign on the dotted line and then give me back my shovel.
