All these folks are low with their estimates . . . seriously I have been going against the crowd (thats what I get paid for) for a long time.

600,000 square feet times an average of $900 per square foot once the capacity is completely leased out comes to a product of $540,000,000 in revenues.

Now, the 600,000 should be completely build out in the next few months (March) at the latest . . . with the pace GBLX has demonstrated (starting with the S-1, GBLX has consistantly grossly UNDERSTATED their business plans) in the past it is already probably finished. Take into account that GC is most likely being brought out not just due to a partial monitization of the investment but to raise additional funds to build out far more than the additional 12 centers already "planned". It is my bet that GC will rival EXDS in square footage (only QWST @ 1.8MM square feet is larger to date) in the near future. I am guestimating that $20BB+ is a low number for the market cap a year or so out from the spin out (or whatever method they choose).

GBLX is my single best idea right now (slightly more attractive than companies contained in my recent "Power" summary report).
