Did you read the press coverage of Splinter commenting on equipment lead times in Pebble Beach this week, where he was essentially saying, "Speed it up!"? PB, yes I did. I recognize that AMD has much less to convert; however when they talked about moving over to .18 tech. in Q4,'99, they made it sound like a relatively effortless process.....at least it sounded that way to a technically challenged investor. For that reason I was not expecting it to take Intel as long as it will. ted
