I just checked it and it does *not* show any low orders for Ligand. Actually, Island shows the last match to have occurred at 15:59:56 and it was for 16 1/2. Right now, the best bid is 16 9/16 and the best ask is 16 7/8 which sounds right. The guy with the $98 could have gone cruising in the Caribbean for a few years and just put in a reasonable limit order :-)

So what gives? Island does not explain this adequately at all. Where are these low after hours trades coming from? Any ideas?
