Govt. wants settlement quite badly I think. Now they are agreeing with MSFT on "promoting innovation and consumer choice"

not likely. microsoft was trading at 108 after the intel earnings announcement. nazdad 100 futures only up about 25 points, most of which is attributable to the 5 point pop by intel.
