Thanks for the recommendation and I appreciate the real world comparison. My CAD power need is limited to 2-D ACAD. However, I do use it to "justify" a more powerful machine and more frequent upgrades. PCWorld had some ACAD 2000 benchmarks which were favorable to the Athlon (by 20%) but I don't know the details of their testing.
