<'It's possible I made some inadvertent human error,'
Park said. He defended the price data used in these calculations, which the SEC said was inflated.>
The performance section is still missing from the website. His trading on ZANY was never posted despite his RB posts to the contary. People bought into his service hoping to have the same stock results. Seems like a day didn't go by where he didn't gloat about some past stock of his going up 100%. Only some were paper trades and inflated results per the SEC. This is the fraud aspect that will hang his butt. All he had to do was have someone type in his trades from the monthly broker statement. Human error of this proportion is not credible. The trial is still apparently in Chicago. The SEC doesn't return my calls on why charges were bought from there vs. NY. 15M in assets will have defense lawyers licking their chops. He though stockbrokers were bad. Wait until he learns of billable hours and how one lawyer can have seven paralegals doing research for him.
