As far as I know that there are nine companies(US & Chinese) doing the feasibility study simultaneously. Environmental feasibility study is almost completed by a Chinese firm, mining permit from Chinese government has been approved and Russian company is currently setting up ammonia storage facility in China. Spur is going to use the existing maintenance facility and distribution network to further reduce overall captital cost. Once Spur gets the financing, the construction will begin later this year if everything goes well. This is almost an unbelievable achievement by Spur's management with only few members of the board on payroll.
