To All: Additional disturbing information regarding MPTVE:

It has been received by reliable sources that JMA Architecture has been fired by MPTVE.

A question to the MPTVE office to verify this was answered with "we're not handling that, All Star Resorts (Ralph Mann) is in charge of that."

When I asked for the phone number of All Star Resorts, the answer was "we can't give that number out because they're a private company".

Ladies and gentlemen, it appears that not only does MPTV not have financing or a contractor, but they just got rid of their Architect.

MPTVE is in the same position they were 5 years ago except that now they're buried by 5 years of debt of which it is virtually impossible to dig out.

Also, there is no excuse for MPTV to file late and receive the "E" in MPTVE. When I spoke with the MPTV office the last two weeks of 1999, I was told that the management was "on vacation".

Do any of you shareholders see any work being done by management that deserves a vacation?

The plot continues to thicken.
