a halt to any politics
I agree, it should go to a Coffee Shop thread. So back on topic:

I've had more stock discussions than usual at the watercooler at work and many have been about QCOM. Most are new to the market and a sign to me that speculation is getting out of hand. The general consensus of those who have been in the market a few years is that they are interested in QCOM or in adding to the QCOM they already have but are waiting for it to settle down before they buy. I think that may be a general sign of what we are seeing in the last week or so. A lot of interest, but no buyers yet. There is a bit of profit taking so the general trend has been down. The pent up demand is there and purchases will likely be made the volitility goes down a notch or when the investors get used to the volitility there may be some more "buy on the dip" purchases.
