RE: "The market today should of taken VOXX blow out as an indicator of how well QCOM will do, but it was totally over looked."

VOXX and its underwriters and analysts are in a quiet period. If not, we would have heard more about VOXX's extremely impressive numbers.

SAN DIEGO (Dow Jones)--Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM) signed a letter of intent with
Hitachi Ltd. (HIT) to jointly develop equipment and to support a field trial of
Qualcomm's High Data Rate technology.

Following a successful trial, Hitachi intends to develop and manufacture HDR
infrastructure equipment for commercial use, Qualcomm said Friday in a press
release.

The technology enables high-speed, always-on wireless Internet access using
standard Internet protocols. HDR technology can be embedded in handsets, laptops
and handheld computers and can work as a stand-alone system using off-the-shelf
IP backbone equipment.

Qualcomm, which develops digital wireless communications products, expects to
begin trials in the middle of the year, and plans commercial rollout in 2001.
