Listen -did you read the PR and the filing. The most they have to pay for the shares on conversion is $13 and a half bucks. If the price falls below that they get it at 25% discount. They can't lose unless it falls below $3. If I was Lehman I would short the stock now and lock in my mega-profits now. Then I would change my coverage to a hold, wait for the price to collapse before conversion. Of course I would wait a quarter or 2 first and hope the stock fell to $3 first so I wouldn't draw suspicion to myself. We all know Lehman is to respectable to do anything like that don't we?
