IndioBlues, Let me turn over my old gold bug conspiratorial leaf, this is the same Kuwait that leased tons of gold (likely at the suggestion of Uncle Sugar?) after the gold rally last fall? Not signatories of the non increase in gold leasing agreement (Euro nations, US UK of last September, reluctantly I'll bet) and US ally who had their bacon most recently pulled out of the Saddam fire, good ole Kuwait.
