Didn't see it (or hear it). I rarely pay attention to the interest rates (other than for refinancing).

The portfolio of stocks I own is not too interest rate sensitive. If people start selling on interest concerns on the stocks I own, I will probably loadup.

Chuck, just for the record, it was a very aggressive and worrisome speech.

And tech stocks are considered interest sensitive because they are growing quickly and need outside capital to expand.
