Well all I know is its about risk. PAIR has little financial ratio related risk, but evidently huge management execution risk. However the lack of financial ratio risk outweigths the management risk. Buy if you don't own, hold onto your shares if you do.

Basically the market has already removed the risk of substantial downside in PAIR. Its Market Cap is now $800 Million.

Figure 200 Million cash plus 150 Million for pending sale of ME unit = 350 Million cash. No debt to pay off. So 350.

Throw in other physical asset of another 100 Million.

350 plus 100 is getting fairly close to the 800 market cap.

Somebody, someday, will want these assets and can make them earn some $.
