I don't think so. There was some talk that the parent company also owns Cybermax and Quantex, both are fairly large. Cybermax loves AMD, Quantex is Intel only.

From the Pionex web site, it seems fairly clear that the $2 Billion figure was only for Pionex. I could be wrong.
