Here are the top 25 from Telescan when I search for highest price rank and highest EPS rank: QCOM, GIB, MSTR, BVSN, INFY, CBEX, TRKND, KIDE, OCLI, UTRX, OBAS, SPTM, AGELE, ILUM, CTSH, MAWI, AMCC, CLFY, IMGN, CREO, XETA, DTPI, IDPH, LRCI, SIXX. I believe their "price rank" is similar to IBD's RS.
