...to piss on all our new carpet, And she Poops too.... ...but worst of all...for about a year they CHEW everything in sight! But by golly...they are lovers! Good luck. Well I guess you all figured I'm as into what goes on around here as what goes on anywhere else. It's been over a month now since we got the Puppy and the pissing and pooping is all but over. If it happens now it's a mistake. What's really funny is to see how Christy interacts with Pongo and Smokie our older Labs. She like clues into them to see, WHAT SHE SHOULD REALLY BE DOING AT ANY GIVEN POINT IN TIME. Smokie our Black female of 10 years just can barely tolerate that puppies love....but as our ole house dog Smokie lays out the rule of this Man, HOUSE, unspoken, Dog telepathy....Christy has been picking it up like a champ. (that's the biggest reason to get a pup and raise it before the death, and not after the death of a great dog..FWIW). They traits pass like cloning. And most importantly she know who the Alpha Wolf is, ME. Not that outside guy Pongo our male. God dogs are so funny when it comes to Alpha Wolf position with in a pack, and I'm sure size confused the new pooch. Pongo our male is bigger around then I am at the shoulders, I'm 47 inches and he's 51, waist too. What? Yup, that's over the 4ft sheet of plywood width AROUND. So everybody go out to the garage, get a tape and measure yourself up. Why not? Dog is bigger around then you are...go ahead and measure instead of looking at the price of CKFR every 10 minutes. The Dog is bigger around then most American Males...punht. I know, we know...mamma and I measured it tonight. If it weren't for his short legs he'd rule me. But he don't, but he does Christy the Pup. Man...he's caught enough of her puppy act time and again and literally layed her into total submission and the complete understanding of Pongo way of life when She gets too rambungsish. No Blood, just ABSOLUTE TOTAL dominance when he's had enough of the playful puppy attitude. You know, for those of us that have watched CKFR every day, that might sound strange to somebody who don't. So's looking at the way dogs grab and order amonst themselves. Which is better? They are both good.
