STOCKHAWK: I think you've got the picture on the PL Guidebook. Some of these people are brand new, some have limited experience, others have much more. If you were to ask me if Manager A is better than Manager B, I promise unless I worked for both at some time, I wouldn't have a clue, and even their styles can change, so what I knew yesterday about a person might not be true tomorrow. One person may say, well A failed the last two times out. He may have learned more than B who hasn't flunked yet...maybe B couldn't handle a southbound situation because he hasn't seen one. Let's keep the work from these folks down to starter kits for the rest of us. I trust that some of them will report back that their assignment turned up non-candidates, and some will feel positively. And as usual, the thread will engage itself in discussions that will refine the list further, or prompt us to ask the PL's specific questions they can run down in a second go. A journey of a thousand miles begins with but a single step. PM me your second version nice and neat, and then let's leave them alone to do their best. None of us will be unhappy with that.
