I'm sure the thread would love to know if it's time to buy.

Time to buy? I already have, that's why I'm long # 36, and going to Hawaii!!!

are you waiting to form your opinion until numbers are out...Just curious...I'm sure the thread would love to know if it's time to buy.

first of all, we all know they will beat there numbers by probably .04 or more.. secondly, we all know that if the market conditions are favorable they will definately take another run for 100+ very soon..probably next week..if that happens we can definately expect a split soon after. 21 million shares float is one of the reasons we see these low volume swings all the time. the stock needs to be split twice this year. i expect one shortly. the reason is that a mutual fund company or institution can only own a certain percentage of a publicly traded company. there is only 21 million shares available out there, only so much of that can be bought by the big guys..i am not surprised fidelity owns 5 % because they own at least that much of probably 70 % or more of all publicly traded companies..

as far as when it is time to buy..the volume is still not strong yet. i will make a short term buy if we have a high volume close at or above the 88 to 90 level. as i alluded to last night, they should have bounced from there in the first place. it was weak as hell that we did not..if you look at the graph you can see that after the big volume run-up we drifted down on low volume. the intraday bars became smaller and smaller as the volume did as well..i dont short but that was a perfect time to enter a short position right there.. you can plainly see it. they lost the 50 day and 200 day M.A. etc..

the reason i think something is going on is that they have been way to quiet for way to long. for a company that has said numerous times publicly in the past that they would like to acquier one company a month on average..well, its been since october 26 or something, almost three months.

is it time to buy, it probably is right here, but because the volume is low any volatility in the market will swipe us right down. thats why i am waiting once again for a strong volume close above 90. if that happens everyone here will have a great time watching gnet in the 100's again.

late...jZ
