Bill, just got back from bigcharts.com and found that money flow is still positive on JDSU, in absolute terms, however, since Jan 1, 2000 the rate of money going into JDSU is on the decline. As a matter of fact, at a fairly steep pace. This would suggest to me some profit taking and people looking for the next JDSU.

Whereas, BRCM's money flow is holding steady and has ramped up beautifully over the past couple of months.

Take a look at bigcharts.com and do BRCM and JDSU and set the lower indicators to Money flows and Volume. It is pretty interesting.

Thus my theorem: old money from JDSU = new money to BRCM

Anyway, if any shorts on BRCM are left, I imagine they will be long gone by Wednesday at the market close.

A 3-1 split feels like it should happen, but 2-1 is still very respectable in this climate.

Happy trading, Keith
