Mediterranean diet is a diet based on carbohydrites, olive oil, and protein coming from vegetables. No butter, and no
sweets. Little or no meat.

Example: Lunch, pasta with olive oil for suace and some
parmigiano on the top for extra taste. a lots of boild vegetables, light salads with olive oil, and when there is
fresh fish, then that will do fine for supper. Coffee,
(no sugar) and a glass of red wine with each meal.
