Steve, <depending how much Jerry can write off some goodwill, depreciation, and amortization, we may see niceguy's $1 the 19th.> Given the leverage in the Athlon and even the incremental K6/Flash business and given the tools management has at command to fudge earnings, nothing would surprise me. It is going to be a blowout and it probably doesn't matter much what the real number is. What matters more probably is the management guidance going forward and the confidence they show in providing that guidance. Chuck
