Peter,
While I do not work at the corporate level and so I do not have any insider information, I can say that at the production/manufacturing level there are no apparent problems at HSY.
At the same level SAP problems appear to be vastly improved.

I would assume a fund decided to sell a chunk of HSY stock to buy INTC or some tech stock, as you suggested, as the food manufacturing sector as a whole does not seem to be doing well for quite some time.

I would be interested in opinions on how the food stocks will fit in to the cycles of this bull market.
