What's the cost for maintenance of the interface (AIR) for wireless.

I have a background in engineering, and work in a major engineering firm (F500). I have always said that they'll be huge advantages in this technology. We move approximately 2000 people a year, at a cost of $170 for each supporting computer move. What if everyone had a wireless interface (spell CDMA Chip) laptop. Lot's coming, think outside of the box.
