I was reading over the Merrill Lynch release from Fortuna.
It is nothing more than a guess with a penney off earnings and a tad off revenue. It is hardly worth a news release when there are so many companies like SUNW and other which have lower growth rates than DELL in both earnings and revenues and PE that are 50% higher.
There is no basis for Fortuna's guess and even if it were true today it could be way off in two weeks. 15to 20% of the quarters shipments can occur in the final two weeks.

Something smells at Merrill Lynch ...seems like they are trying to buy time to cover their short position. I hope they got burnt.
