Nancy,

Have you ever tried calling someone using Netmeeting which is a software that comes with IE? My nephew uses it all the time and talks to his buddies clear across the country. He said the drawback is that it all depends on the connection. Sometimes it is terrible and you can't hold a conversation, but sometimes it is as good as any cellular phone connection. He said he spoke with his brother for about three hours one day without any problems. I guess this technology is in its'infancy - that's what makes ACCR so appealing!

Nancy, I do not have "net caller" on my PC. I think I may try it though. But, most, in fact all of the calls I make are either over an (800) number or if not that -- they are paid for by the company I work for. I have ask our "telephone" guy at work top look at this for our company.
