This net button thing has me confused. It sounds like a great concept, but I'm just thinking about all the times I have had to dial up a customer service rep regarding an ecommerce sale. What usually happens? Nine out of ten times they put you on hold for an incredibly long period of time. With this net button will they put you on some kind of stand by if they don't have enough reps to cover -how would that work?

Yes, I'm aware that the e-button is the hot item, but any product that can save me lots of money gets me excited.
Thanks for the info on marketing partners of ACCR. The next big question on my lips is, When is the next earnings report?
