to be ST bullish as you go bearish -- hmmmm. <<

I tell you the time to have gone bearish was from April to Mid Aug.'99. that was a terrible time to be long Internets where we had the long term wave, intermediate and short term waves moving down all together.
Now Small caps breaking out and they have been in consolidation on the long term wave since 5/98 so good to see were getting our breath in the market finally.
